Lousy picture, I know, but I thought I should post something to say that this terrible pollution is still tolerated.

The purpose of this blog is to try to get some laws passed against ships running engines 24/7 inside U.S. cities. I believe they do it so that electricity can run inside for the crew and maybe for some machinery. Why can't they hook up cables from the city's power grid and TURN OFF THE POLLUTING ENGINES? These pictures are from Portland, Oregon, west coast of the USA, but I'll bet the same thing is going on this very moment in San Diego, LA, the Bay, Seattle, and Vancouver BC.

Hi- you just left a comment on my blog: "Hi - you once posted in the Help area that you couldn't preview because of "Internet explorer trying to prevent cross-site scripting". This was months ago, and I didn't see an answer there. Have you been able to fix it?" I never have been able to fix it. It still just comes up as a big white screen with the layout options at the top.
